We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Our online store is open 24/7, so you can place an order anytime at cocomiboutique.com.
Processing Time
All CocoMi Baby Boutique products are handcrafted with the highest attention to detail.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders that include personalized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging every order.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and a description (or photos) of the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address

CocoMi Baby Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Items marked as final sale

Refunds

- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
